What's the reasoning behind 'being pushed so far over the line'?
I prefer not to say.
you know, i never understood this type of post. You ask a strange and subtle question, and dont want to release details, but ask if people can relate. loosen up, Its the internet, your anonymity has never been higher.
regardless, i'll try to answer.
Have you ever been pushed so far over the line that you pushed your body far over it's limits with fury, resulting in eye floaters and eventually fainting
Well it depends. Are you talking about having sex? because if so, you're doing it right
if you're talking about working out, or any other type of strenuous activity, then you're doing it wrong. You should keep hydrated - it's the number one most important thing. You can die from dehydration (and over hydration as well, but thats a different subject) .. not keeping enough fluid in your body is a cardinal sin when exercising or doing any type of physical activity. The closest i EVER came to fainting was playing basketball, outside, dehydrated, and it was 99 degrees F outside with 70% humidity. I was sweating like a dog and nearly passed out due to dehydration. I everything started going black and i had a sharp increase in heart-rate and weakness. I promptly removed myself to air-conditioning and drank a whole bottle of water.. i felt better, but gave myself a moment to relax.
Its also best to eat a meal before the activity as well as after. The first meal gives you energy to burn off, the second meal replenishes any lost nutrients during the activity.
also, you need to know your limits. if you weigh a buck o' five, then you shouldn't be trying to lift no 500lb entertainment center by yourself. You'll give yourself a hernia and pull muscles..
so if you weren't doing any of the things i mentioned, and you still prefer not to say.. then i dont even want to know.
