You can only replace cars for now, not add. So you must choose the one that looks the more like the 2CV in terms of shape and size.

If I just wanted to do the infinite mass mode in any city mod how would I do it?

I did find files for enabling 18 wheeler havoc mode in any city. Are there any files for infinite mass mode as well?

I cannot use things such as cheat engine as I don't know of Fortnite's anti-cheat detection would flag it.
