Good job on that video! This video needs infinite views and likes! That reminds me, a couple years ago I was going to make my own GTA 4 advertisement, maxed out graphics to show it's visual beauty along with its overall realism and art. But I think I should just go ahead and try to do one on my laptop.. As laggy as it will be to make, and how slow and overpowering it will be to turn the graphics up when it comes time for rendering, I think it will be worth it.

Sadily I won't be able to use 1080p, well I don't even have a monitor that big so it doesn't matter, but yes the maximum graphics I can do is 720p with everything medium/high and draw distance to nothing. without crashing xD

if ur into pc games that much maybe you should upgrade your gpu, it makes life so much better gameplay wise!!!

Ooooo I guess you didn't know. Many don't... But heres my situation: I have NO money, the only machines I have look something like this: (Tower) 2000 SONY VAIO PCV model with Intel Pentinum 4 at 1.40ghz single core, 512mb ram MAXIMUM, aftermarket 512mb EVEGA 6200 video card. (Desktop) 2002 COMPAQ EVO with Intel Pentinum 4 at 1.80ghz single core, 256mb ram (Not maximum but have no idea what the max is), 16mb video card, (Type of socket needed plus a low profile video card WITH shader model 3.0 is hard to find). (Laptop) 1998 COMPAQ ARMADA M700 with Intel Pentinum III at 500mhz single core, 256mb ram MAX, video chip unknown due to motherboard falure so I cannot check. (Laptop, using this to play gta 4, also my main computer) 2011 ASUS K53E Notebook series, with Intel Pentunum at 2.00ghz Dual core, 4GB ram MAX, 192mb video memory (Video chip duhh). And here is what I'm TRYING to build, the computer that will FINIALLY be enough to play GTA 4: (Tower) 2004 Dell OptiPlex gx280 with Intel Pentinum 4 at 2.80ghz (NICE!) single core (DAMIT), 512mb RAM (4GB maximum, yay!) Intergraded video chip with 128mb, BUT... There is a slot to add my own video card! If anyone can find a 1x16 PCI AGP video card that has shader model 3.0 or higher with at least 256mb memory, PLEASE TELL MEEHH! Anyway, theres my situation.

Ahhah thank you! Yes every computer I have I've spent at least a year on each (Except for the Dell, I just got this one) computer and seeing what I can do with them! And since I got GTA 4 for pc back in December 2012, I've been trying to get GTA 4 to run on this laptop, and taa daa! Finally got it working back in October 2013! By the way everyone the page for the game I'm making already has it's first update! xD

Maybe I can If the computer is aged the only issue we may run into is shader model 3.0... Not sure what it is but it's a huge inconvenience.

GTA IV runs smooth as butter for me, but once I try adding custom cars sh*t goes off the walls. I'm determined to make it work though! Trying to decrease the size of my vehicles.img file

I remember it trying to run on my old laptop (pre-patched w/ DRM bullsh**), everything set to low, draw distance was litterly only a few feet and still got nothing higher than 15 fps. If I can beb othered I'll try to run it on my newer laptop, 'specially since there are a few mods I love to try.

Middle of the road is not it's territory, not to mention the whole neighbourhood. The dog wasn't in a leash, it's roaming around free. Could've gone for some kids and caused nasty injuries, even a death. Personally, I don't blame the LEO.

There's a lesson to be learnt here, don't leave your damn dog free. You take responsibility for it, you look after it.

Don't get me wrong, I love dogs. I have two of my own. But seeing this not-so-Mr. Friendly roaming around open in a neighbourhood where there could be kids, I prefer their safety over the dogs. While he could've chosen a different course of action, I'm not going to throw this guy under the bus for it. He was in the legal limit to do so.

"Could've" key word there, plus the officer just looked at it barking a couple times and just shot it, no regret. He should of called the pound while in his car, i understand what ur saying but that just shows an officer that couldn't care less. At 1:10 you see the dog running, then the officer pursues it, this would of scared the dog. There is so many things a trained police officer could of done. If he's meant to enforce the law he should be more responsible than that, and a little more intelligent. Just because you have a gun it doesn't mean you can shoot it for no reason, you are meant to use a gun as a LAST RESORT.

American police is militarized and hostile in many cases. There's no excuse for killing a dog that has not attacked you. None. Nil. Zip. Zero.

I regularly read stories of US law enforcement killing people for the sake of bloodlust and then screaming "B-B-B-B-BUT HE ATTACKED ME FIRST I SWEAR". It's disgusting, inexcusable, and outright illegal.

Does this mean all cops are bad? God no. But the number of bad cops is rising in the US.
