It sounds like the streets are becoming a whole lot scarier. As far as I can tell, many people where I live do not worry very much about having a valid driver's license.

It's been pretty quiet on here lately... and there rarely seems to be anything new... Perhaps DM isn't going to recover from the changeover... It looks unlikely. And before you say it, I have noticed we have a couple of new people (Yo!), but it's still nowhere near the calibre that it was when Madness was in charge...
Or maybe I'm crazy... Actually, no maybe about it. I'm crazy, but about this I'm sure...

I'm 16 Bro. I've been driving by myself for almost a year now & in two months I will have no more time restriction on my license. (Because I turn 17 in October)

I know some states you can cannot drive with your friends. That sucks. Not here, I've been driving with my friends in the past year. I've been driving for the past two almost three years in general. God I love Louisiana.

(Got permit at 15, but I had been driving for almost a year before that. Practicing, Driver's Ed. Etc)

And I already totaled one car. Cool.. at tleast I got that out the way. lol.

Damn america seems sweet for drivers, I recently turned 18 and I only just passed my test last month, I've been using my mams car since. I dunno about you sedans but almost everytime I drive with mates I nearly total the thing! Maybe its the Waynes World style headbanging music or the dares but I hope I get better soon!

In the town where I live the driving test is basically this. You go to the sheriff's office. One of them gets in your car with you. The two of you chat for a few minutes while you drive down the street and turn around at the railroad tracks. Then you take the dude back, get your picture taken, and they give you a license. No sweat, right? That is probably why I met some guy coming toward me down the same ramp I was using to exit the highway one day.

Hey, boss, you know what? I finished season one of that show you told me about. I liked it, too. I do not really pay too much attention to that sort of thing, but it seems like new television shows start in September around here. I am looking forward to seeing season two.

I guess with a current program, not reruns, I will not have to worry about what happened when I started watching House M.D. I saw all of season one of that (except for one episode they skipped for whatever reason - Paternity, I think) and part of season two. Then they started switching the time slot around without making changes to the program listings. I guess I can try that again some day.

I was not very keen on the camera technique used in Stargate Universe, but after a while I got used to it. The picture certainly does move around a lot, though, man. I like the Col. Young character and the guy with the long hair, Dr. Rush.

Speaking of safety, I remember how NFS: Underground, Underground 2 & Most Wanted (not sure about Carbon or Undercover) had these public service announcements asking you to drive safely. The one that was funny to me was the first Underground because there's a line that tells you to "go play Underground". I know it's referring to the game, but it still makes me laugh thinking about the literal meaning.

I've narrowed it down to either a second Vic or a Chevy Silverado.

I'm considering the Chebby because of the frequent floods out here, so I'll have something a bit higher up than my Vic to go to school in.

I took them off because they were bending my bumper cover. Unfortuantley, it was too late. My bumper cover is messed up now but I like it better without the pushbars on the front anyways.

It's not that bad though, like I said, I like the car better without the pushbars. I liked them too, but I felt that it was killing the look of the car and I wasn't happy about that.

Yeah, someone (another CV enthusiast) made the 3D model for me. It's not exact but it's pretty damn close.

I still have the pushbars in my room. I've been trying to sell them.

Personally, I think the 98-present Ford Crown Vic is one of the few modern-day cars that actually looks good.

2003 Chevy Silverado (Check the sig) pic'em'up truck. Was family owned so I got it for the great price of "Free".

Unfortunatley insurance weighs in A LOT for me now.

No pics yet, as it's not technically mine yet. It needs to be re-insured & re-plated first.

Just saying I don't think it looks good compared to other cars.

Not only are the streets horrible, they flood quick and deep.
