In fact this post is a good idea! Not sure if reflections will find it though.

anyways, reflections I'll have to say you make the best games.
and I hope we can see online and film director with tween/pan feature in the next driver game so we can make 10% of the internet driver: working title videos.

and of course, I'll tell you that Halo 3 stole the Film Director idea! How dare they, and they also implemented the tween idea of mine.

Yea, Ubisoft is a great company!!!!! Hopefully they'll bring a new lease of life to Driver, and steer away from what Atari did to the series.

But if you are listening Reflections:

Bring Back Film Director!!!

One of the thing that really made DRIV3R stand out for me was the film director. If you could release a great driving game that had a powerful film directing feature (eg add tweening and visual effects, as well as the ability to cut, copy and paste different scenes like a movie editing program), it would have the potential to be one of the best games ever created.

Ubisoft is good, they have alot of great franchise under their belt, and know that they own Driver, well, their even better.

I along with all the fans/members have the same message and request, and that is: Bring the Driver series back to it's prior greatness. It has the potential, it just need to be led in the right direction...Ubisoft Reflections is very talented and capable development team and hopefully this new combination/partnership will lead to excellence.

and steer away from what Atari did to the series.

I have to be honest man, the real Atari died over a decade ago. The company that you blame is nothing more than a mask. The real culprit to blame is Infogrames....it's true.

Infogrames, Atari it's all confusing me there the same company right?
and there was an older atari company with the atari 2600 type things conflicting with infogrames to atari.

Also this post gave me an idea, when I find the time I'll make a page on the front page which says something like "reflections in here" or something similar which directs to a page of links including this post!

Anyways once again!

Film Director with motion tweening and don't forget online.
Online + Film Director = Amazing Car Chases
and you can have a real director telling everyone what to do!

I guess spelling it out for you people doesnt work, if you want licensed cars, obviously you dont want car damage, becasue they wont let you put any damage on licensed vehicles, except for MAYBE nicks in the paint, which sucks ass.

Need for Speed isn't about 70' cop chases TV shows, but racing in a exotic place (NFS 1 - 6), street racing (NFS 7 - NFS 10) or semi-simulation (NFS 11).

So, it's useless compare Driver with NFS.
