There are many different ways in which this can be done moonchild could have done it one of the ways I have explained or another way.
First your going to need a PSone and Driver 2.
Then you'll have to find a way to capture driver2 onto the pc. This can be done by using a tvtuner to capture video via. the svideo or av input. Or you can use a dvd recoreder and record your gameplay and put the dvd in your pc and rip it.
then if you used the dvd recorder and ripped it you'll then have the file on your pc to convert to a compressed format if you want. and if your using a tv turner you'll need to use the record button while playing around in the game and then you'll have a file that way.
and that's just about it. I haven't explained it in all that deep detail, but hopefully it's enough for you to understanding the capturing process.
