Fed up of trying to cause traffic chaos, only to end up crashing into the cops? This has been on my youtube channel for a while now, but if you don't want the cops to be roaming about in free roam here's a sneaky way to have them not spawn, it will also stop missions/ activities and challenges appearing in the city. Until of course you go back to the main menu of the game.
