I recently got a hold of Driv3r for the PC and decided to look for beta content in the cutscenes. In the very first cutscene you see when you load up Driv3r, the prologue basically, I caught a glimpse of this...

Yeah it's Jericho's car, so since he was there his car was there as well hehe

But I saw this car also somewhere else… I think it was in Driver 2, but it was near the end in the scene with McKenzie. I think it was McKenzie's car but again I'm not sure… needs to be confirmed…

I guess it's just a model that they used!

That BMW kind of car is interesting too, it's the car from nice but as a police version. I remember that all cities except Miami had 2 police cars. In Nice the second cop car was the Citroen DS as seen on the Driver 3 multiplayer screenshots, in Istanbul it was the Ford GT that you would find in Miami. Now that I'm thinking of it, I think the Ford GT was meant to be the second Miami police car, because I never found a second car there. And the car as pictured in that video would be the second Istanbul car. I guess the police ford GT just appeared in Istanbul like other cars from other cities would appear in "foreign" cities, they were just testing stuff I suppose.

I don't think that was McKenzie in Driver 2, you might be thinking of the original Driver. I don't even think the Chief had a name in Driver 2 to be honest, but yeah he did drive a car that looked like Jericho's in the ending scene. As for these DRIV3R multiplayer screenshots you speak of, would you be able to provide a link to them? I've never seen these before, could be some good content for the Driver Wiki.

I never believed it was McKenzie either, someone told me once and then I just went with it. But he didn't have his voice plus we only saw him once in Driver 1. Ok I must admit, he had the little beard. But I do think it's kind of him, because he speaks to Tanner as he was a friend he's known for a long time. Hmm I don't know :/

And yes sure. I have lots of stuff! But I'm sure you know there.

I remember seeing the GT40 in Istanbul in a trailer, althought I don't recall it being a cop version-I thought it was white with black graphics.

Yeah it didn't have the light, and I'm pretty sure it was white and blue. Which again would not make sense since those are the colors of Istanbul police cars Hmm…

Well either way I guess it wasn't finished.
