You can basically control traffic cars with this. It assigns the player to a traffic car that has the AI running on it. Try it out with the turbo code.

I do know it's the Infinite Mass cheat, but with the mass value set to 0000. It's close enough lmao

You should also specify what version of the game you used. Was it PAL Driver 2? or NTSC 1.0/1.1 (Greatest Hits) ?
