Well, this Tanner is rigged over a gta sa model. It was made for me last year by someone who is a suscriber of my youtube channel. So i can test some animations in Max and use it within Unity.

He looks as bad as any other meth head. If not even worse. Driver models don't just sit in.

Then let's see you do better, considering Tanner's model is not in a t-pose and was modeled to be sitting down. Even when his character was running into the apartment building in that one mission, he looked really awkward. So if you ask me, whoever did this clearly has some kind of idea of what he is doing.
