The Red River Bar was also in Driv3r in Miami. Why is it always that name?

Also anyone else notice that the Red River Bar from D2 is actually in the gameplay (go to the Wrigley area)? Just found this myself last week.

I've had this game LITERALLY since it game out, played the hell outta it for 11 years, and just now found the Red River Bar while being chased by the piggies who just can't put down their donuts to avoid crashing into every traffic vehicle there is!
