Well, I have been trying stuff to mod driv3r, I used gzip and zlib said on Atari forums, but sadly my computer is a 64 bit, so... I did a little search on google, I searched for .vvs format, then I found out it is a music file, so maybe .vvs contains all the sound files for Driv3r. When I downloaded it, I can't open it, so... I did another tweak on Driv3r, maybe I could find out something, so I just changed the vvv files... I did this.. istanbul.vvv to miami.vvv and miami.vvv to istanbul.vvv, then I found something uncommon, I got to take a ride, I chose the first car (Mustang) and the loading part seems to be slower than usual, once the game started, everything was running normally, then once I approached the parking lot near Tanner's house, the uncommon thing happened, I spotted some white Istanbul cars (Nissan Fairlady S30 Front), so I switched cars to it, the handling seems to be the same, but its now in Miami, with no sounds for it, so the Miami cars are working with Istanbul white car, well I mean... like Miami cars + Istanbul car (1) = Miami Istanbul...
So I thought of something. Maybe the .vvv files contain some main cars for the cities and handling for the specific car, Now I'll continue playing with the edited files to find out more...
I found out something... the cops are using Taxi's as the police car.
I figured something, since the istanbul car has 1 color, the BO3 files must be mixed with miami's files to let the white car work properly.
So.. I went past another street, now the cops are using Istanbul cop cars

So, I found a Istanbul Truck (Small pickup) In a random place...
Now I'll switch .vvv files with missions... Maybe "Chase the Train" so I could find a ridable passenger train?
Sadly, I found no trains, but I decided to go for the Secret Car. Instead of getting a black car, I got a golden-black car.
