New project, still some things left to do.

Scratch made body with texture from Motor City Online.

Created for Miami, San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York.

Two new skins added. The mesh is finished now, just need to import it into the game. It will be released this week.

Beta released in first post. Available for all 4 cities. I didn't tested all importers, but I think it will be okay
