They did hide the weathers in-game, There is Raining in Chicago at night in the mission Escape chicago, There is raining + lightning in 2 player Havana night, then there is dusk in some Las Vegas missions and dawn in a Havana mission.

Hopefully there are more to find and oh, you can trigger a rain in Havana by pressing O in one place . God i want these weather conditions in Take A ride.

Like I saw in a video on youtube. in the beta you could probably choose the weather too.

DRIVER 2 fans unite and conquer!

I think Biscaynes and those guys said weather and time-of-day codes are only for the Greatest Hits version of DRIVER 2. They work in Take a Ride mode.
