You may or many not know of the Usergroups feature, So I'm going to explain what it is and how useful it is.

What is the Usergroups feature:
The Usergroups feature is a feature which enables you to join a group, in this case these groups enable users to subscribe to certain news updates.

These news updates include:
-Competitions (1 member currently subscribed)
-Driver: 3 News (0 members currently subscribed)
-Driver: 5 News (2 members currently subscribed)
-Driver: Parallel Lines News (0 members currently subscribed)
-The Driver (Game Creation) (4 members currently subscribed)

So What happens when you subscribe to these updates
You'll be one of the first to know via. E-Mail on the new news updates.

I haven't been making any use of this feature! Why?
I haven't been making any use of this feature because it is quite time consuming to create a newspost just for a couple of people so this is why I made this topic to promote this feature on the site so more people use it. When we get to about 10 currently subscribed members I'll pay more attention to the usergroups and then you'll be able to receive all updates via. E-Mail.

So Why use the Usergroups feature:
As I said previously you'll be the first to know, as this saves you from visiting out portal every few hours, so then you'll only have to check your emails every few hours which you already probably do as I check my emails every 10 minutes when I'm online.

Why Don't I Email all the Registered Users updates:
I don't use the Boards Mass Mail feature mainly because people feel like there getting spammed and it just adds to the collection of emails received.

So make sure you visit the Usergroups section by clicking here or by using the Usergroups button above next to the "Profile" button.

i'm not quite sure what you mean,
however there isn't any more news if that's what you mean, I'm just carrying on with some other things until I get the time to start working on the game, however the mailing list helps me contact you about any updates when I start creating it.

I achually don't send out mail via this feature yet!
But if a lot of people end up subscribing I'll spend a little extra time mailing out news updates for those who cannot be brothered checking Driver Madness or DriverWiki weekly/daily.

I'll also update the links in the topic (first post).
