In my opinion he is kind of wannabe mexican gangster.
I saw a few documentaries on TV about some cities like Juarez, the teen do drug dealing, kill people for money...
They think that they are badasses but a lot of them go to the jail or are killed by police
Here in Spain we had a kind of a gang called Latin Kings, but they didn't carry guns, because in Spain isn't allowed but they carried things like knives, now you don't have to worry about those crazy guys because mostly are in jail
