I have 2.8TB of data and a virus scan only returns under 10 results and takes an entire day to completely scan.

But in reality the amount of results you have is pretty low.
Ages ago, I found over 400 virus on someones computer.
It's amazing it still worked, but it seems that they were all pretty small things that didn't cause any problems.

You look like you just got some useless Trojans and some other slightly more serious stuff that may transmit your personal details/websites visited/ect :( .

But I see these on everyones computers, there not too bad.
Plus! I'd hate a virus to delete all my data, as I have so much of it.
I cannot wait till I get some spare time to delete all the older useless stuff and remove some HDD out of my computer and use them as backup only drives.

Which will help save some power, rather than having four internal hdd and two/three externals running all the time.

Actually the Agent-QNI was pretty serious. It decided to infect some system files and I had to cautiously delete them. Now my system doesnt make that beeping noise when I hold down 4 keys at once.

I'd suggest getting another hard drive, slaving your current drive.
Re-install windows and delete all the infected files off your other hard-drive, then you don't risk deleting important system files which could render your PC unusable.

Then you can copy all your important files from your old hard drive and completely re-format it.

and hopefully you'll have a virus free PC.
Probably better to backup all your files onto an external drive rather than touring the inside of your computer, and then completly re-installing windows.

and a virus cannot spread unless it has been executed.
It can only self execute if asked to by an autorun.inf file so before you re-install windows you make sure there is no autorun.inf file on your external drive and you should be perfectly fine!

Simple stop downloading everything that you see, opening every e-mail that you get, doesn't watch porn and click in unknown ads. If you don't do any of these, your computer will be almost a virus-free.

Well i've gotten rid of them without having to delete anything important :D . I delete most emails from people I do not know and I do not watch porn or click every ad i see. I've just gotta start using download.com to get programs & junk.

yeah, http://www.download.com is pretty safe 8)
Also make sure you have firewall protection, as soon as someone works out your IP address they have access to many aspects of your computer then they can send you all the viruses they want without you knowing.
