It took me awhile but I found the pallette, im currently adjusting the textures to make it like the PS1 version but heres a taster. Im working on the damage textures and will release them in due course

By the way...no need to go mental, i've been doing other things over the past few days and i've been wanting this since the game came out, patience folks. Give me 2 or 3 days and it'll be worth your while

Don't worry too much if the textures don't align right on the PC, technically remapping the textures is pretty easy.

By save file, you mean the demo ISO, right?

No, just the ePSXe game save file - the ISO is too much of a hassle to send, the save file (the one you load in PSXVRAM) is only like 3,000KB compared to 500,000KB...

The save file for the ePSXe thing is in the attachment i have made for the Beta Information topic on this Modifying section of the forum. I have some co ords for textures i have found on it and will post them on that topic.

HOLY sh*t - I FOUND THE MOTHERLOAD!



I was messing around with the car modifier code on the training level, took a save state, put it in VRAM, and HOLY sh*t! ALL THESE CAR TEXTURES WERE LOADED INTO THE GAME!

The car itself was invisible, and by the looks of it, it was the Buick Regal from Miami, but seeing all these textures is INCREDIBLE. And WOW, there's a BLACK San Francisco car! WTF!

Let's see, we got (clockwise from top left) the regular LA car (73 Polara I think), alternate LA car #2 (Chevelle), standard San Francisco car (Fairlane), alternate SF car (Continental), and alternate LA car #1 (Camaro).

OK, the front and rear ends of the car may be from the '74-'76 Torino, but the overall body style says "Continental" to me. Not to mention that the PC version has a small oval window on the rear roof pillar just like a real Continental.
