Sure, but what's the point in this? If someone is such a huge Driver fan, he can make a website by himself. It would need less time to make a completely new site than to restore this one!

I know it's sad, but yeah..

So if you don't to dedicate more time to your website you should sell it or delete it.
We have other cool websites that are updated every day by the good job of Emmet,i like his website ULTIMATEDRIVER CO

I dunno, I kept coming around to Driver-4.com just to feel the atmosphere. I liked the ideas for the next Driver people shared there. Some had really good taste in music. Man, it was a truly uplifting site. Don't do something you will regret later on. Man it's awful what you've done, but it's your right, anyway. :) Relax! PD is sometimes rude, but he's a man!

@Coyote

I'm answering your question about which one video inspired me. Sorry I didn't answer. And yeah, I think maxthunder got it right. I thought you have only 2 videos in total, do you? By the way, what movie was the scene taken from? One more question about the video. What program did you use to edit sound?

My interest in driver series also faded. What's more I find forum life self-destructive; all this makes me even more antisocial. In future I will dedicate more time to other things. Least I met kindred spirits both in Russian forums and English-speaking sites. It's been a year since I left my own forum which is over 2000 members (it has nothing to do with video games).

I met an administrator of Russian Driver forums the other day. I doubt it was him actually, but he quite resembled our ex-boss. He was shining so bright, he seemed to me lively and charismatic.

There are people full of live energy, who spend most of their time on the sun and stay away from the computer. Like I said 'you don't need to be just like that old woman who worries about soap opera character too much'. And I call this happiness when you are strong enough to make your own way.

He stood on the opposite site of the road, gesticulating during speech, I remember he always kept his cool on the forums, and was not frequent, he left very soon. I remember him being a huge fan of muscle cars, and I'm pretty sure this plays a great role in his life; I’ve seen his own car on photos. He was one of those kindred spirits. On the road that was one of those moments when you realize something important. Like when your video first impressed me last year at the same time of the season. Yes, all these little things help you to wake up in this world and get a strong urge to live, to survive, to create and develop, you know. I know, this sounds like flattery, but everything you touched turned into gold. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

But people, be careful with such things. This is called mass culture, and it replaces all natural stuff that save you from heavy depression, like sun, vitamins, sex or whatever.

I wonder, Coyote, are you really into philosophy? …cuz I am a bit ignorant. If yes, tell me what philosophers you've read, and which ones would you suggest.

Hello!

Thanks for the kind words! I'm happy to hear that everything I touch turns into gold, that you find my site very uplifting and that my video inspired you!

But to be honest that video was pretty crap. I don't remember which movie it's from. I've just taken this clip, put some little bit of text over it, and a song in the background. It was probably made with Final Cut Pro HD or something.
Anyway, this video (or videos, I don't know exactly which ones you guys mean) are far away from being proffesional ;-)

I will not put the site up, because I have no more interest in it. However don't worry - everything is saved on one of my external hard drives. I still have the whole site, all the posts and all the forum data (which has actually been down for .. hmm .. over a year now?!). But I doubt it will ever be online again.

Like you said, there's people full of energy, who spend their time outside in the sun instead of infront of their screens. And I am one of those! I am currently very active in the club business which is a lot of work, but also a lot of fun. Each day I have to meet new people, to talk about new ideas, to sign contracts, to organise things... and it's very exciting. As a DJ I play at events like the Loveparade, which requires a lot of skills, a lot of prepared work, and a lot of creativity/ideas. For those who don't know what the Loveparade is, check this out:

I might not be as hot as this girl, but at least I play better music.

And the music business is just one thing. I have thousands of other things to do, including my girlfriend, and that is the most important thing to me. A relationship takes a lot of your time and needs to be maintained 24/7.

To answer your last question, yes I am into philosophy, but also into psychology.
I don't read any philosophers, I create my own philosophy ;) And I'm very happy with it! I'm happy with all my life actually, I could say I'm the happiest guy on earth! That's all due to my way of thinking and acting with things :)

Thank you for your reply.

My question was how the hell that track turned into completely different track. What was done to the sound, so that it got alot more trippy, than the original ? The video is good, it's perfect. I mean it doesn't need to be long or smth. The simpler the better.

So you play gigs in Vienna? Are you planning to go ...hmmm maybe to Russia?

I typed in youtube 'happy hardcore' to see what it's like, and... oh my god! One of the first results youtube gave me was remix of Mike Oldfield's Moonlight Shadow!

This one seems pretty awesome too!

Cheers.

Yeah I know which version of Moonlight Shadow you mean, I hate it! Aswell as the "mix" you posted. It's not really a mix, it's probably made with Windows Movie Maker instead of real Turntables and it's full of crap commercial tracks pitched up faster.

I mainly play House ( Stuff like this:
) because I get way more bookings and it brings in a shitload of money, which I need to finance many other things.

But here and there I do get some Hardcore/Drum & Bass bookings, most of the time I play just for fun tho...

( starts really at 2:00 ) "Moscow Mule" at the right may interest you btw ;-)

Well... get me booked, and I will come over to Russia! haha

Love that piano part that starts after 2:00 I've no idea where is "Moscow Mule" though.

Great stuff. House music just recently started to grow on me. And yet l'm in love with old school rock'n'roll. I still think it all started in late sixties, where prototypes of all present-day genres can be found, including ambient and electronic.
Just a perfect example is there:
(Increase bass!)
Would you say that one song was from 1968??? If you don't believe it than read comments. By the way DPL featured CAN if i'm not mistaken (and probably regarded as the ambient pionners, were kraut rock band in late sixties and seventies). BTW, I mentoned DPL, so noone should blame me about being off-topic

That actually means you are philosopher.

I catch myself thinking I allways act value-rationally, it sounds unbelievable, especially nowadays, when goal-rational actions are leading in society. Probably they call me some eccentric person with ideals who's allways happy, or romantic person... I actually don't give a f**k about what the others think of me, and what they rate me. ...well, so that is what it is, value-rationallism. That way of thinking is so old-fashioned, man!

Uhm yeah, not really an old-fashioned way of thinking dude.

If you don't give a chit what people think...but you're happy, that's not really old fashioned, in fact I'd say it's more contemporary than anything!

Not that you just don't care, but because something is good for your soul you do it, never thinking of money/respect it could bring you, so you're kinda independent. For example I don't mind what grade I get at school and how I would benefit from it, for me It's much more important how I grew morally learning stuff.

If I were black, and I lived here
I'd want to be... a big man in the FBI - or the CIA
But as I'm not - and of course I don't
And as I'm free - white and twenty-one
I don't need more power than I've got
... Except for some times when I'm broke

You have to think about your future and what's going on now. NEVER think about the past and lament.

I care about my grades and I make good ones for the most part, all setting myself up for a successful future. No one's opinion about me matters except my own. I couldn't give a f**k what anyone thought of me, and trust me, people don't look at me and say that I'm so great or anything, so I know what I'm talking about. I've gone thru too much sh*t in my life to worry about dumb crap.

Dude the Loveparade has nothing to do with Summer of Love in '67 haha, the Loveparade is a huge Techno Festival ;) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Love_Parade

And where's the bass in that "The United States of America blabla" song?

Here something that destroys everything haha

Beginning is just the transition from the song before, starts off really @ 0:20
