That sounds pretty nice. Good quality or whatever. Much better sounding than mine, but mine are edited so they sound a little more like regular songs, which I like to listen to. Mine play more slowly, too, which I also prefer to how fast the real things play. There is one song in here that has the bass a little too loud. I had the same trouble with the same song.
It seems kind of odd that they did not include the driving music in a soundtrack that would primarily appeal to people who would also want to listen to these tunes as well as those others they do have on the DRIVER 2 soundtrack. Aw, what do I know?
I remember one time writing an email to the game company and asking if I could upload my edits of the driving music from DRIVER 2 to share with others. They said I may not and thanked me for asking first.
This is such an old game, and it is not like you can buy the songs somewhere. Who wants to play the game every time he or she wants to hear the music? I wonder if the boss could get those game company people to grant us permission to post these links here and upload our DRIVER 2 driving music edits to places like Ultimate Driver or wherever. It would be nice to be able to share this particular music with each other legitimately.
Yeah, I know. As someone wrote before, the music is all over YouTube. The same old videos showing a screen shot or muscle car picture while a DRIVER 2 song plays have been up for ages. They seem pretty popular, too. I guess the game company does not really care about that or they would be getting the stuff removed from YouTube. I guess they know it is not keeping them from making any money since the stuff is unavailable for sale anywhere. To the contrary, it probably helps to maintain and generate consumer interest in their new DRIVER games.
Aw, what do I know?
So, when the boss -- I mean, Madness -- offered a download of the DRIVER [1] soundtrack and included a EULA thing about it only being for those who own the game, was that something the game company let Madness do, or just something he went ahead with on his own, then?
