In my opinion it isn't Piracy, It's "sharing information and files" between users(P2P).
Piracy is when you sell the downloaded products

Piracy is when the creator of said software/whatever doesn't make money off of it, so torrenting is piracy by legal definition.

Either way, it's not technically to be discussed here! I would personally recommend kdenlive, but that is on Linux, has a steep learning curve and often complicated methods of achiving simple things but a good tool nethertheless!

So if i post things in P2P servers i'm promoting the piracy,it's good that in Spain there are not rights about downloading,in France if you download something without paying,the police(i'm not sure) turn off the internet for 3 months

Its not that bad as of yet, only if you upload several pockets of data to the super information highway that you get warned, personally I stick tight to the rule "Only download things you would never buy, then no one losses!

Just to warn you guys, but all internet providers just started to monitor what you download and they will report you. My Uncle was like you guys. They caled him and said that if he ever does it again then they will report him. Anyways, pirating equals viruses!
