Do you guys think that Ubi based a ped off of him? I think so. He looks exactly the same as that pedestrian.

Ubisoft didn't even developed Parallel Lines. Obviously you mean Reflections.

Anyway, I don't care if they based a pedestrian in this guy or not. All I care in DPL is leaving the cops eating dust.
