I tried running LA Undercover in SJBoy, but it crashed my computer terribly. My taskbar was at the center of the screen, and my desktop was CHANGING COLORS! Will someone help me out? Could it be a virus or something? I had to download it since it is no longer sold.

Yeah. I could try the one from Emmetmcl's Ultimate Driver site, since I originally got the other one via torrents.
