When I play games in Virtual PC(old games that don't run on my computer), some games change the resolution to 320x200. When that happens, the screen is cut in half. Here is a screenshot:

It should show "Electronic Arts". Why is it like that? :?:

I wouldn't use Virtual PC to play games, it really wasn't designed for that sort of thing.

If your using Windows XP, I would suggest using Compatibility Mode. (Vista should have this feature to but I'm not sure if it is located in the same area, although if I can remember correctly it is).

Right click on either the games executable or shortcut (making sure it's the shortcut you always use to load the game under compatibility mode).
Right Click --> Go to Properties
Go to the Compatibility Tab and play around with the options.

Hope this helps

I tried all of that stuff but the games really do not like my video card. They just crash back to the desktop.

Not entirely. It's being expanded to allow for loads of games.

Try it anyway. It might work.

If the game has its own icon, it will obviously not work. Happened to me with many games in DOSBox. I just got the error "Windows 95 executable".

Huh. I just found out that it only does it on my Windows 98 virtual machine. All of my other virtual machines work fine. Maybe I need to reinstall.

Yeah. I guess there is a difference between 98 and 95. Oh well.
