I think the next Driver game should have things like if you crashed into a house bricks would either fall or get pushed into the house depending on the weight and speed of the car/truck.

Personally, I have always wanted this feature to be included in the Driver games, but unfortunatley, I can't see 'everything' being destructable, uless dust comes off the building but it doesn't actually get damaged.

i can't remember the name.. but it is a war type game... you can damage or destroy ANY building using a rocket launcher and stuff and create holes in the ground

Thats me being a lazy numpty, the only problem with games like that is you tend to get a lot of repetition, which is why i don't play Far Cry that much, it lacks the fun ofered by exploration in other games, although it is fun to smash it up!!!
