I got there, tried different heights and always fell through (its not even visible)
Will try more, as some coordinates just halt the game.
Included is a map with coordinates I testet and that work.
Important : Check for the red and blue line and the underlined values and you will get the idea.

"C:\Driver PLL\Cities\levels.txt" file.
