So what? In America, there are A LOT of outdated laws. They have a law in Louisiana that says it is illegal for you to tie an alligator to a fire hydrant while you buy food on the side of the street. But when was the last damn time you saw someone walking an alligator through the streets of downtown New Orleans? Exactly..

Just because it's a law doesn't mean it's enforced.

I doubt you're going to get 25 to Life for slurping your damn soup in New Jersey.
