The problem is that is you buy them now, it isn't the same version as the version from 1999 (and 2000). I noticed that they are a few changes, for example the cover, the rating here is +12 now (at the time it was +6) and I guess they are some changes in the gameplay and they probably removed some scenes or missions.
A good example that this happens sometimes (that they change things) is DPL: in the first version (2006) the prison bus was a secret vehicle and you couldn't get it outside of he mission, and now in 2007, Ubisoft changed that and prison busses are driving in the streets now.
But I think that was a mistake to do this. Before the game came out, they said that they will be secret cars in the game. And the prison bus is one of them.
That makes one less hidden car for the people who bought the game in 2007.
