Looks good, it's the same as the old one (original NYPD caop car), you just changed the wheels :P and they actually look fine. Good work again.

There are some more changes:
- number "1364" and "POLICE" on the trunk
- damage texture
- of course new wheels

Yeah, it looks pretty good!
I'm achually thinking of making a mod and basing it on a real cop car vehicle.
Maybe that could be a suggestion if you plan to texture that vehicle some more.

Good work! I like it adds more realism to the city :)

I've been looking at the wheel textures for the cars and most are just textures with an alpha channel which means you can give most cars a new custom set of rims with new paintjobs fairly easy, no 3D editing needed. Some wheels are 3D though and they come out a bit odd lol :lol:
