According to my check, the PSX version came out June 30, 1999 (USA)/July 2, 1999 (EU), & the PC version came out September 10, 2000 (USA)/October 13, 2000 (EU).

PC version completion: 1998
PS1 Completion 1999

Really? If so, this could mean that the game started out for PC. I could be wrong, though.

Not to mention I did read somewhere that the PC version came out an entire year earlier than PS1, because there were forums begging for a PS1 version.

think they should port this to other consoles like wii, ps3 etc and i wonder if u can change ur car cause i kinda hated that u couldnt in psx version well the graphics look good but like always i never liked playing games in itouch or iphone
