im very worried about the future of driver, the amount Ubisoft has made from watch dogs...why waste the time of ubisoft reflections on a ok selling game franchise when they can be working on the sequel to the record breaking franchise. Just something for you guys to think about

There is still hope! After they make that sequel to Watch_Dogs they might go back to Driver or maybe at least sell the rights. Maybe DarkProductions will buy them

But I don't think DSF was the last we've seen from Tanner. As long as EA doesn't buy the franchise it's gonna be okay.

If the Driver series is up for sale, then dam, I'm getting my broke a$@ a job and buying it to save it. I'm so broke I currently can't even buy a GTA SA PC copy. If EA bought it then it would be destroyed. I would take Driver into a darker, more unexpected direction with the most advanced mechanics ever seen. Although, that wouldn't be seen until I'm in my 20's and know how to freakin program. We would finally see some flying transportation in this series... And multiplayer...

Yeah, not going to happen, sorry.....you're either too optimistic/naive to how IP rights work. It'll join IP purgatory along with games/series such as SWAT, Total Overdose, Burnout, Midtown Madness, True Crime and Midnight Club.

Wow, this render plugin is beautiful. But It would be no use to me. Starting with program capabilities. Thanks for the recommendation though. And fair warning to everyone. Uploading an over 3 hour YouTube video in high quality sucks. The page freezes if I do anything else on my laptop, causing me to have to rea upload. and my laptop was accidently unplugged when the video was at 60% after uploading all night and day. This is so stupid.

Hey Fab2cent, most of the Driver developers are currently working on The Crew so there's no plans for another Driver game in the near future. Having said that, The Crew will be worth checking out if you're a driving game fan when it releases later this year. Just got this from ubisoft

I reckon a small portion are working on the basic outline for another driver game, but since Ubisoft haven't officially announced anything they have to keep quiet. Otherwise all the fans will be like OMG a new driver game, when they have only started making a storyline and we will have to wait another 3 years until they actually finish the game. If they don't scrap their idea in favour of The Crew if it turns out a big success. But I assume in most big game development companies they probably have a small team dedicated to thinking up the next big thing.. They probably come up with many ideas until they find the right idea.

But I reckon everyone here is correct, that Driver might be gone for quite a while while reflections work on other driving games.

To be honest I don't mind.

As long as they exist and are working on a driving project and not Just Dance. I'm Happy!

The Crew will probably be that great it'll make up for a non-existent driver game.

I hope Driver isn't turned into another Half Life situation. You know, keeping it all quiet and making fans wait over 10 years to know anything more about the game. Oh yeah, let's hope Gabe doesn't get his hands on Driver because we would know it would be pure gold, but it would never be released.

Because Driver doesn't appeal as much or sell anywhere near as much as a blockbuster like Watch_Dogs or Assasin's Creed. To think W_D being first in the possible saga already broke pre-purchase records for Ubisoft, something Driver never achieved.

Why do I have such a huge problem waking up each day? Every time my alarm goes off for some reason my mind is still shut down and all that registers is "Stop the sound" and after that I fall back asleep, usually when I naturally wake up in the middle of the freakin day I don't even remember stopping the alarm. Sometimes I just don't even notice it and sleep through it. This habit or whatever it is is really pissing me off, it just caused me to miss out on a hiking trip with my family, which is a rare occurrence because my sister is usually working and can't join.

Move the alarm out of your arm's reach, turn it up or whatever, and force yourself up with a reward.

Use 2 alarms or maybe get one that is harder to turn off.
And then just force yourself. Discipline is the only thing that keeps me going in the morning.

Thanks guys, I'll try putting my phone (One of my alarms) in the most difficult place to get to. Inside of some old tower somewhat near my bed. It's shell is metal so the sound will be twice as loud lol. Also the case is slightly jammed so I'll definitely be up when I get the dam case open Also, everyone, tell me what you see in my new signature and avatar picture. The point was it's weird!. Also, I pretty much had no choice but to do this because the animations options are quite limited. The only perverted movements are strippers. Although I could have worked with it and put an actual pole there, and some ground to walk on at the end. I do find it more hilarious how his legs glitch a bit in the park scene. pete's reaction gave me some motivation and a laugh My work is done here, I have f%#@d your minds and for those who found this video funny had a laugh. Well guys, should I do more GTA IV videos that are this weird?

I laughed nearly the entire time! This video looks like it took a lot of time and effort! Can't wait for another video! I wish I could play this game in "harsh" conditions like this lol (Anything that has to do with more then 3 vehicles, random explosions and lots of things moving at once.) Usually I'll crash. What are your specs by the way?

Oh guess what ladies (if any) and gentlemen? I just have the greatest news on the planet! So here it goes! Since January, I've noticed more and more often my laptop takes a painfully slow and slower amount of time to start up and to load the dam icons on the desktop, and this afternoon I started up my laptop to hear a horrid, loud noise. I shut it off thinking what the hell that could possibly be. I turn it on again and it attempts to do startup repair (Fails as usual) and after entering my password and a sluggishly slow startup, I play some music while playing on my PS3.

After 5 minutes the sound returns louder and more horrid then ever. I turned it off and right then and there I realized, my laptop's hard drive is failing very fast and is about to give at any moment running. Brilliant, just freakin brilliant huh?! Besides loosing my most and only reliable machine in my dam house, I have countless files I could loose that are very important! Stories, projects, videos, passwords, things I've spent years on ah I can't even think of it all!!!

Now what? Thankfully I have an external hard drive I got last December, I just have to empty it out on this OptiPlex and save everything I can from my laptop as fast as I can before it's hard drive gives. This sucks. Even though I have 7 other computers, all of them are broken, defective, and not working properly! So I'm down to the last computer I have, this 2004 Gx280. Oh this is a serious pain in the a*#. Well, hopefully I can get this sold for $200, and finish building a decent gaming computer and get back on my feet and beyond.

Well, at least this experience told me that nearly every computer I have has a broken or defective hard drive. Let alone this Dell is going to be impossible to sell since the Windows 7 disc that WAS A REAL ONE became "Not genuine". The Amazon seller I bought it from probably mad illegal copies, d$#%head. I think I'm currently screwed harder and worse then I've ever been in a bad position. Dam.

Sorry if I'm always telling you guys random s$%t. I do not have anyone to talk to. Never have. So I vent here once in a while.
