Might be that debug menu some people have been talking about. What happens when you click those options?

f**k! Doesn't work. Is it both Start+Up on the D-pad, Start+Up+Down or press Up right when you pause?

This happens randomly. I'll press start, then push up or down. Or if I just push start and I push up or down but NOT right away this happens. When I click it that "0" screen shows up and if I push anything, nothing happens. If I push either of them, nothing. Maybe there's some button method to that menu. Its been happening awhile.

NTSC, non greatest hits version. Lol mine came in those default gamestop cases.

my used Gamestop version was so damn scratched up when I got it. i had to get the pc version cause it was literally unplayable. had to skip almost every cutscene, certain missions didnt work properly, take a ride was VERY glitched (missing roads anyone?). ive never purchased a single used game from that point on, especially from Gamestop.
