Normal stuff. "Aqui é a polícia, você está preso!" or "Perdemos o suspeitos". But it all sounds superficial. Like they hired an American to do the voices, so there' some accent.

Oh, ok. The Havana Cops have got to be Mexican/Cuban, no American can do an accent like that!
