Yep, and there's no problem with getting it. However I don't see what's so special, I got it in DPL and I've been driving it in the free roam mode. Then when I changed the vehicle I couldn't drive it anymore

All you have to do to get it without cheating is this. You push the bus outside the gates with the prison van so you dont get out of the car. then when your outside the gates just get in the bus and save it in your garage. I've had it for a long time with no problems. It's saved in my garage with no complications.
