Ironic, considering that Rockstar also makes the Midnight Club series & that Midnight Club 3 had awesome burnouts.

I own all 3 games, and after playing them for a bit, I've actually noticed some parallels between Goldeneye/Perfect Dark multiplayer & Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer. For example:
*These games both have separate buttons for precision aim, which I like better than Halo's aiming system.
*These games also have plenty of customizable parameters when it comes to the multiplayer gameplay, such as plenty of weapons, game types, arenas, etc...
However, there are a few things that give GE & PD the edge over Modern Warfare 2 when it comes to multiplayer:
*Modern Warfare 2 has no computer-controlled opponents in multiplayer (then again, GE doesn't, but it still has a few more edges over MW2)
*You can't select different characters in MW2 like you can in GE/PD. The closest you can get is by picking a sniper rifle as your primary weapon, which gives you a ghillie suit.
*MW2 has no equivalent to the "Hold the Briefcase" (grab a briefcase from somewhere in the level & hold on to it in order to get points) or "Pop a Cap" (one person is designated as the "victim" & must stay alive while the others hunt him/her down) game types from Perfect Dark.
*MW2 has no "Golden Gun".
Because of these drawbacks, Goldeneye & Perfect Dark have the edge over Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 when it comes to multiplayer.
