got a problem ive got d1_md_loader and it doesnt work on win7

I didn't have a Visual Studio 2010. May be someone972 or someone people can build it for Win7?

Ahh, you're not doing it right. You have to make a .BAT file. Here's how you import my Ford Mustang:

d1_md_loader frisco_01.lev -modelimport PLAYERCAR10CLEAN
pause

Just change "frisco_01.lev" to whatever level you're using, and MAKE SURE you import to the correct vehicle/model. I think judging off of that Chevelle you made, it would work with the Cadillac, but you'll have to find that out yourself. Trial and error!

Also, the reason it flashes for a split second is because it's a command based program, not GUI based (like Driver Texture Editor).
