That’s funny.
Man, I guess I’d spend mine trying to further the causes of wildlife conservation, renewable energy development, and pollution cleanup.
Recently I've been overlooking what I would do with such a large sum of money. I would invest in renewable energy so I never have to pay a power bill again while helping the enviroment at the same time.
I would also fund the development of a online shopping store with a large campaign on reducing your carboon footprint via. the use of it's delivery service.
Rather than 200 people individually driving to the shopping centre, they could all order online and only the deliver has to drive to everyones place.
Which will signifigantly reduce carbon emmissions and willi save lots of money on petrol, which is very expensive at the moment.

Prehaps you could employ(hire) some game developers too.
3D Game Studios a fairly respected game development kit. But you can do a lot more with valve's source engine.
Provide free with any source games, and more advanced features are provided with the developer version which I think costs around $6000 a developer. (Although there is no set price)
The Unreal engine has a cost of $7000 per developer, a team of 100 developers would cost $700,000. Also when you think about it professional software is pretty expensive.
Autodesk Maya, Max, Inventor, ect... cost around $4000 to $7000 each depending on the product. Good thing my trustworth education copy of 3d max only costs $250 and Maya Personal Learning Edition is free
