There are many files in the Driver: Parallel Lines file structure.
I've taken a look around and have noticed a few things, there are files which actually do thing when they exist and when you delete it the game performs exactly the same.
This leads me to believe the game was developed with a main compiled structure, when the game was recompiled to upgrade the archive integrity it reads these text files and puts them into the main archives.
When these files are present I think the game boots up and recognizes them present and decided to look at their values first.
This is pretty much a guess but a possibility.
If we can understand more about the structure maybe we could re-create these files if this is true, I noticed reflections only left some in the games structure, sure there are probably way more they deleted and they just missed deleting these few maybe and there available for us to edit.
It's most likely impossible to re-create these files however if this is all true it would be nice if reflections could hand them to us!
But in reality we could forget about that and let reflections share some of their compiling tools.
