Stuck on Last Chance mission...#18592

I'm stuck on the "Last Chance" mission. I turned down the traffic, used the invincibility cheat, and I still can't get past it!

Any tips?

That's pathetic dude. That was an easy mission (no offense). What part are you stuck on?
