As you know, it is impossible to get the dozer in your garage, well, WAS impossible. Now, NL_Alex has made it possible.

First, you need to download his La Guardia teleporter from here: http://www.sendspace.com/file/oqfvob

Next, open the teleporter. Leave it open and run Parallel Lines. make sure your Num Lock is on. Now, go to the Jail Break mission. Drive to the part where the dozer is. Get in the Dozer, and hit 0 on the num pad a couple of times. You should teleport to a garage, while being raped by your Prison Transport. Get to the green area, and store the dozer in your garage. Then exit the garage, get out of the dozer, restart the mission, and complete the mission. Then, switch to 2006, and check if the dozer is still there (its a commercial vehicle). If it is there, you were successful.
