Maybe you can try this walkthrough on the dpl-list and see if it helps if it doesn't we can take the next stage

I never found it to be a hard mission, however if you stick to it and you continue trying you'll finally get there. Sometimes it takes persistence.

You must drive you bike into the roof...when you blow the red barrel near building you will understand all...
