It's possible to complete Gator's Yacht without a shootout. After you getting the C4 from Stiltsville drive to the side of the yacht and climb the ladder there. The music will change but the guards won't know you're there, meaning you can silently pick them off with the silenced pistol. They even have special patterns that they don't normally do.
