Dodge Island(The song when you are driving to the island, not when you get screwed over and have to escape.)
Hijack(The normal song(not the song when you get into a shootout or when the blue Dolva blocks the road off at the start.)
The Miami Dusk pursuit song.(also used in "The Siege" when you have to chase Baccus's Firebird Formula).

Just about every song in Miami, including Lead on Baccus, Dodge Island, and Police HQ (That very first mission where you drive to the police station to do target practice). My main two have to be Miami Daytime and Miami Daytime Chase. Classics to me.
