So there is this placed called Urcha in Rio where no cars drive.. (probably did in the Beta.) I when I was younger I was playing Driver 2 on a PS2 back in 2006, and I had often went to Urcha and never seen anyyy cars at ALL there, not even driving to the place.. but that one time.. I go there randomly and there are cars PARKED UP in the long road that leads through the middle of the Residental Area (in my screenshot below, that street is where the cars were parked.) I randomly crash into all of them until the last car I crash into STARTS UP. I even got a video of the car with lights on it on my ooooold phone. It's however so old I can't put it in my computer, i would have already.
Problem is this has NEVER happened before.. and I remember this like yesterday. Here is the street where cars were lined up.


This leads me to believe that either cars were parked up there normally, each time you went there or atleast spawned in that Area (as my story above tells, they actually spawned.)

Really good idea, thank you. I will try asap. I'm at the place in my unique red car#1.. however I've driven out of Urcha and back in 4-times now and nothing happened.

And yeah, I think this may have been a leftover of some sort of life in that area. I think most likely in the beta/originally cars were supposed to drive there / parked there but cut out like with Havana Church road. and ended up being spawned extremely rarely.
