Here's another of my theories about Driver.
As we know Media Mill is the company which recorded sounds for games like Gran Turismo 5 Prologue and WRC series. Also for Driver SF.
Link to the album
I compared the in-game car lists of GT 5 Prologue and WRC series cars with the Media Mill album
GT 5 Prologue car list
WRC series cars
And here's my conclusions:
Vehicles in the album that appear in Gran Turismo 5 Prologue (in-game car list)
Lancia Delta
Nissan GTR
Mini Cooper S
Ford Mustang 2005
TVR Tuscan (in the album it says that it's recorded for Driver SF)
Audi R8
Ferrari F430
BMW 1 Series
Vehicles in the album that NOT appear in Gran Turismo 5 Prologue and WRC series (in-game car list) and MAY appear in Driver San Francisco
Porsche 911 GT3 (probably will be rebadged to RUF to due license reasons)
TVR Six Speed engine (recorded for Driver SF, seems to be a Tuscan)
Lamborghini Gallardo
Golf R32 (in GT 5 Prologue appears an ordinary Golf, not an R32 version)
Chevrolet Camaro (4th Gen)
Aston Martin DB7 (you can clearly see it because of the rear shots of the car and it features a V12)
The Fiat 131, additionally called "Mirafiori†(sporting version Racing Mirafiori Sport)
Nissan 350 Z (it isn’t clear because in GT5 Prologue only appear modified versions of 350 Z like Fairlady and in the photo you can see a basic 350 Z version)
4 cylinder Rover engine (the only mid-engined Rover cars are MG F or Metro 6R4 rally car and no one appears in a WRC game) A rally car could be possible because in-game screenshots reveal a Lancia Stratos rally car.

Audi Quattro (in a WRC game appears an Audi Sport Quattro S1, in Media Mill album appears an ordinary version)
Porsche 911 Turbo (probably will be rebadged to RUF to due license reasons)
4th generation Ford Mustang V8
2nd generation Holden Monaro Ute
Jaguar XKR (in GT5 Prologue appears an XK version)
Maserati GTS (confirmed inrenders)
Aston Martin V8 Vantage (E3 in-game videos revealed a V12 Vantage)
2008 Mustang "Bullitt" (don’t know if it will be two versions in the game or maybe they used the new version to put the sound to the old Bullitt)
Dodge Ram (not sure with this pickup truck because it isn't a SRT-10, which appears in renders)
Two litre air-colled VW bug from 1972 (confirmed in Media Mill portfolio)
Toyota Supra
