Do you think this could be related to Driver? (Jack Couvela on the left side)

I didn't see any similar art comparing to other games like Driver Speedboat, WD or The Crew.

Tanner is alive and he wants revenge.The story will continue in Moscow (the russians bought the stolen cars).

I was bout to say "Nope" since there are no real Driver games anymore. But then I watched that "The Crew" CGI clip and dayum, gotta love 3D animation!
