This isn't a great discovery and might even be well known, but I haven't seen it mentioned here before:
The folder "Common\fmv" contains all the "cutscenes" from the game (with cutscenes I mean the "talking heads" videos you see in missions), however, some of them appear to be from the beta! A few of them have strange text-to-speech voices or cheap placeholder voice acting by the devs. Tanner even has a different head in some of them!
You can also see missions that were cut or changed, like a mission where you need to keep a tanker at a steady speed and one where you drive a firetruck. Both may have been part of the same mission and have been recycled. There is also an additional Ambulance mission.
All files are .bik, so you can open them with RAD Video Tools. I might make a video about them if anyone wants.
