I was posting a topic on the DriverWiki board and i was able to make it an announcement. What's with that? Since when can regular users make announcements?

Yeah, thanks for pointing this out.
I have noticed regular users posting announcments before.
This is just a permissions problem I'll fix sometime in the future.

I just haven't gone in a fixed it up because everything takes time.
