Hey, I know I haven't been on here in a long time, but I wanted to share this theory I had since I wasn't sure where else to post it. So basically, I think that 1981 was the "Year of the Werewolf" because there were a few werewolf movies released that year such as An American Werewolf in London and Wolfen, plus this NWOBHM band called Wolf - one of two such bands to share that name, the other formerly being named Black Axe - released a single that year: "Creatures of the Night" b/w "See Them Running". I'm sure more werewolf-related stuff happened that year, but that's what I got from the top of my head. What do you folks think?
