This is just your opinion on these two overly-expensive forum packages ($150 for IP.Board, $180 for vBulletin).

Also, vBulletin is the only board installed on my site for now, but someone's helping me install a GameFAQs clone on there.

That's what's wierd. I can install phpBB, vBulletin, IP.Board without any trouble, but whenever I try to install this clone, I have loads of trouble. WTF

When it comes to nulled scripts, "IP.Board" is better. But "vBulletin" are a bunch of bitches. If they find your forum is cracked they'll report it to your host. This is if your forum ever gets really popular, they'll know. IP.Board could be the same. But I know there have been a lot of cases were vBulletin owners have been closing down forums.

It's sad ain't it, vBulletin don't support the homeless people  . So I'll stick to phpbb!

PHPbb. PHPbb is much cleaner, much more organized, who cares if it is free and over used.

NO. I'm not using phpBB.
I was just telling my opinion. BTW, DM is using PhpBB.

Me. I used to sign up for alot of forum hosts (I don't do that anymore), and I wanted something different. A good 90% of forum hosts are phpBB

Nice audition, "[EDIT] homeless man's phpbb"!
If everything was different it would make the forums harder to use, therefor take more time to learn.
I think if everyone on planet earth used PHPBB for their forums, it'll be much better. More time would be spent developing it and more will be interested in the development.

I think it's silly having so many different board types.
It also makes support a pain, if no one uses the forum script you choose.

Yeah, everyone is dissing my site cause I use PHPBB. I think there should only be one type of forum.

If there was only one, then the internet would be no fun. Some, like GameFAQs, is hand-coded by one dude.

BTW, the real GameFAQs source is easily the most powerful message board software to exist, as the admin panel apparently covers the boards and the submissions. A shame they don't release it

What kind did the Atari Forums have at first?

I prefer a darker backround color, and lighter text, So yeah, My favorite forum was the CLASSIC Atari Froum Theme... Maybe you should make it kinda like that..

And what do you mean make it look more like that?
That's exactly what I thought.

I meant, If he ever changes the way the backround color on this froum, he should make it dark with light colored text.

Black with white text,
Dark Blue with white text,
etc, would be much better than what we have now.
